This Carving Social Club Shipping, Returns and Cancellations Policy aims to make you aware of all your rights when purchasing a product or contracting a service in our Online Store; as well as important information regarding these processes.
1 - RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS :
1.1 - SHIPMENTS
1.1.1 - How much are the shipping costs, and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders placed from Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 p.m., 24 hours after the arrival of the order, they will start counting from the next business day.
Thus, if you have placed an order on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m., the 48-hour period will end on Friday at 4:00 p.m.
In the same way, those made from Friday at 2:00 p.m. and on weekends, 24 hours after the arrival of the order, will start counting from the following working Tuesday.

1.2.1 - What happens if the product comes with a defect or damage?

1.3 - RETURNS

1.3.4 - What if the 14 days I have by law to change the product have already passed?

a) A reduced refund of 50%,
b) A credit in our Online Store for 80% of the amount you have paid.

2.1.1 - What is a subscription for recurring payment?
Starting from the basis that recurring payments are automated charges that are made periodically, in our case monthly, a Subscription for Recurring Payments is a consented registration in which you agree to pay a stipulated amount each month.
In the case of Group Sessions of Specific Physical Preparation for Surfing, the figure to pay is 79 euros. This amount will be charged monthly on day 1.
2.1.2 - How can I subscribe?
On the training page in question, the amount to be paid will appear, as well as the options of days available for the sessions. In the "Select your shift" dropdown, select the available days that suit you to train, the number of subscriptions you are going to pay for, and click "add to cart".
It is advisable to do this operation individually, if you are going to pay for two or more people, select the "number" of people, and in the "instructions" box that will appear in your shopping cart, add the names of the other people for whom you are paying the subscription.

On the next page, if you have an account with us, simply enter with your username and password, if you do not have one, you must create it. 2.1.7 - Can I pause my subscription?
At the Carving Social Club, we understand that there may always be a need to pause your subscription, either due to injury or personal reasons, so we give you the option to pause your subscription and thus skip your next payment for a maximum period of one month. month, simply by contacting us by phone or sending us an email to info@carvingsocialclub.com .
If the pause period would be longer than a month, you will have to cancel your subscription in order to give another student who is on the waiting list the opportunity to start their Specific Physical Preparation for Surfing.
After your time of injury or personal reason, you can always return to training, we will look again for the best time for you and we will reactivate your account for you.
2.1.8 - Can I make up a class?
In the same way, we understand that due to some minor injury or personal reasons, you have to miss one or two days of your training sessions.
You can recover a maximum of two sessions per month, the same month, and in a different shift than yours (as long as there is space), so if you usually train on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can recover them on Mondays and Wednesdays. The absences are not cumulative from month to month, except if the absences are the last week of the month.
The only requirement for you to make up your sessions is to give notice of your absence at least 24 hours in advance or with a medical certificate. Otherwise, you will not be able to recover them.
2.1.9 - How long does my subscription last?
The subscription to the Specific Physical Preparation for Surfing does not have a minimum duration in time, you can unsubscribe whenever you want, without permanence. And it will last indefinitely, until you cancel it or ask us to do so.
2.1.10 - What happens if the training falls on a holiday?
Training will not be held on local and national holidays, and they are days that cannot be made up.
2.1.11 - Does the Training close for holidays?
Yes, since summer is the time when most of our students residing in Madrid tend to surf more and take more vacations, the Carving Social Club's Specific Physical Preparation for Surfing will be closed from June 15 to September 1. So we all take the opportunity to put into practice everything we worked on during the fall, winter and spring training.
For this reason, you will see that in June and September you will only be charged for half a month, and that you will not be charged anything in July or August, your subscription will be paused for that period of time. You do not have to do anything, everything will be done automatically.
In the same way, we remind you that by being signed up for Surf Training, you have a special offer and for only 29.50 euros more per month, you can enjoy the sports facilities of the Forus Chamartín, so, on those days that we are closed, you can continue training on your own using the gym and pool.
2.1.12 - Failure to pay
If we are denied a monthly payment by your bank, we will contact you to find a solution. If after a prudent period the situation has not been resolved, you have continued to attend training sessions and you enter a negative balance, we will be forced to send your file to our legal claim services to adopt the measures that legally protect the Carving Social Club. In any case, you will have to answer for all the expenses that this situation may generate.
