New season of Surf Training at the Carving Social Club in Madrid !
Yes family, we have already started the new season of our Carving Social Club Surf Specific Physical Preparation with great enthusiasm, motivation and news!
Seeing the success of the first season at the Forus Chamartín , and the great demand from students, we have added some new shifts to the existing ones; And we have also opened Caja Mágica in Forus , an impressive space, with the latest materials and design, which allows us to offer surfers in the South area of Madrid the opportunity to train their surfing.
In our Surf Training in Madrid we work on the technicalization of aspects as important as paddling or standing up; self-knowledge of breathing to manage apneas more efficiently and calmly; all the vitally important abilities in Surfing such as balance, flexibility, coordination, and resistance. A very complete training that we divide into water sessions (in the pool), and dry sessions (room) and that will help you enjoy each surf break more. It is very gratifying to see how our students are evolving faster in their surfing, and how comfortable they seem in the sea.
Furthermore , the good vibes generated in the sessions are incredible, groups of people who share the same passion for surfing, and work together to evolve without having the sea nearby, and somehow maintain that close bond with the sea. From these groups we have also been able to see how true friendships are created, and a number of plans and trips flourish.
Another of the great novelties of this new season of Surf Training is the incorporation of a new coach: Manuel Alcol , a graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, as well as a Surf Coach, and passionate about skateboarding. It comes with very good energy, and a multitude of tools, and knowledge that will be a breath of fresh air for our training! Together with our Sports Director Rubén Cortés , they will be responsible for getting you in shape for your Surf getaways.
This new season we also have many surprises in terms of materials, and new design of exercises that we prefer that you discover yourselves.
